I can’t see my cameras from my phone, can you help?

Make sure that your mobile device has a good cell connection or good wifi signal and can connect to the internet. A good test is to test by loading a Youtube video.

Youtube loaded fine, I still can’t see my cameras.

Open your EZview app on your phone. Click devices, and then click your device. Give the app up to 30s to load the cameras. Start Live View should show up, click it. It will then auto load every camera on your system!

My NVR shows up in grey on my phone, and I can’t connect to it. What should I do?

If your camera system name shows up in grey, that means your NVR is disconnected from the cloud.

If it doesn’t resolve, check your internet connection and reboot your NVR.

I’m getting too many alerts, is there a way to disable them or adjust them?

You can toggle your alerts on and off through Alarm Notifications in the app.

You can also adjust which alerts get sent to your phone by clicking Allow Notifications, then Advanced Settings.

Many systems are set up for notifications such as Driveway alert. If you only want alerts for vehicles pulling in your driveway, ensure that ONLY VCA is checked in the Advanced Settings tab.
